Boarding House friends, meet Mork ?! Mork the Otter is our Animal Ambassador from the Cape May County Zoo. He’ll live in the Boarding House lobby once we open for the season, where he will serve as a steward of all animals large and small and educate our guests about the @capemaycountyzoo’s awesome animal adoption program! By adopting Mork, we are contributing to the yearly care of the Zoo’s otters. . In the meantime, Mork has a vitally important role: making sure each bed at the Boarding House scores an 11 out of 10 on the comfiness scale. ? . Click the link in our bio to learn more about the Zoo’s animal adoption program and follow @capemaycountyzoo to learn more about their animal education and advocacy! . . . . . . . . . . .

Let’s meet the Pups of the Boarding House! . Today’s featured pup is Tucker (his human is Boarding House front desk manager Katie!) . Tucker is an 18lb Corgi/Chihuahua mix. Originally from Tennessee, he is now happily a Jersey boy and a beach dog. Katie adopted Tucker when he was two years old, nearly four years ago on April 22, 2016. Tucker was adopted on Queen Elizabeth II’s birthday and due to her fondness for Corgis, Tucker was given the official name of King Tucker! . Some of Tucker’s favorites include: eating, chasing tennis balls, being with his humans, sitting on his humans, running really fast, eating, playing with his best buddy Rudy, being “the boss” of his friends at day care, eating, belly scratches, vacationing in the Florida Keys or Disney World…oh and I almost forgot to mention…eating! . We’d love to see photos of your pups – especially if you have some fun Boarding House memories to share! Please post and tag us, and we’ll share to our story! . . . . . . . . . . .
