Hotel Policies

  • Guest check-in time is 4:00pm and guest check-out time is 11:00am.
  • Our lobby is open and staffed from 9:00am until 5:00pm.
  • At least one guest in your party must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.
  • Hotel room rates are based on double-occupancy (2 guests). There is an additional guest fee of $15 per night for any additional guests 5 years of age and older.
  • Quoted rates apply to confirmed reservations made at least two weeks prior to arrival, and secured by deposit, otherwise rates are subject to change. NJ sales & room tax not included in rates. Add 6.875% sales tax and 7% room tax to above rates. Minimum stay required where applicable. Weekend rates higher.
  • As with most Jersey Shore hotels, deposit of one night is required to secure reservation. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit, when time permits. Deposits are not refundable unless notified NO LATER than 14 days PRIOR to arrival date. Sorry, no exceptions. If eligible for refund, you will be subject to a 20% service fee. Deposits cannot be transferred. Deposit and cancellation terms strictly applied.
  • Balance due in full upon check-in and is payable by either cash, travelers check, or credit card. Personal checks accepted for deposit only, not for payment of final balance.
  • License plate number of vehicle required. The Boarding House provides parking for one car per room. Off-street parking is available.
